It was a truly pleasant experience working with stan. He was a wealth of information and experience that helped guide my wife and I through the process of buying a home. He quickly responded to my inquiry about the home we were interested in. In no time at all I was able to start the process of purchasing it. He sent me plenty of choices for both lending and insurance agents. Even when I struggled finding affordable flood insurance(required by loan) he quickly found a quote for 3 times less then what I could find. Not only that but he helped get a elevation certificate for the house to even further lower my flood insurance. He was always quick to text back whenever I asked any questions. All in all, Stan went above and beyond call of Duty to make sure I was satisfied.

I feel that Stan went well beyond what was expected of him. His helper came to where I live to get my signature when needed. I'm not driving now. Stan did this for me also. Stan went far and above any expectations I had regarding the sale the house. The home was left to my niece and nephew as part of their dad's estate, the executor pretty much washed her hands of the property. Stan was kind enough to go there only to find out people were occupying the home. It took 7 months to complete the eviction process. Stan stuck with me the whole time, he recommended an eviction attorney, helped me communicate with the occupants, got a gal in there to change the locks and cleanup the home interior/exterior once it was vacant, he even got the septic pumped for the anticipated sale. I live 3 hours away from the property, this would have been a huge inconvenience if I would have had to constantly drive to Onalaska to oversee the property. Stan took care of everything. When I first spoke with him, I asked him if he was up for a challenge, he said "absolutely!" He stood by his words and worked with me for 8 months, my family and I are so grateful that he took my call. He is a definite asset to your team! Stan worked with me and the HOA in getting the home ready for sale. He recommended companies to empty the house and yard, put items in an estate sale, cleaning, repairs, remove moss from roof (and the HOA hired this person to remove moss for all homes), and personally took care of a number of additional things. All companies did an excellent job for reasonable prices. Once we put the house up for sale he kept in constant contact with me regarding offers and helped me to understand my best options. It took only a few days after offers to pick my best option. I would not hesitate to refer Stan to anybody or to use him again in selling or purchasing a home.
